What this means:
- Administrative restructuring to improve operational efficiency
- Streamlined technical evaluation of well-known mark applications
- Centralised handling at the New Delhi office
Action required:
- All applications, communications and correspondence relating to Well-Known Trade Marks must now be addressed to the New Delhi Registry with immediate effect.
- Applicants, proprietors and IP practitioners are advised to update their filing and correspondence practices accordingly.
