The office of CGPDTM (Indian Intellectual Property Office) has announced a revised schedule for its Open House sessions, which provide an opportunity for stakeholders to discuss their intellectual property matters directly with the office. Beginning in May 2023, the sessions will be held on each working day from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
The schedule for the Open House sessions is as follows:
Mondays & Wednesdays: Patents
Tuesdays & Thursdays: Trademarks
Fridays: Designs, Copyrights and Geographical Indications
Stakeholders with urgent IP matters may attend the Open House at any time.
