The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has rolled out a game-changing program, the First-Time Filer Expedited Examination Pilot Program. From March 9, 2023, applicants can petition for an expedited examination, with a maximum of 1,000 requests granted until March 11, 2024.

The USPTO aims to support small businesses and promote innovation, giving a boost to the economy.
