IndiaMART Says ChatGPT Buried It; Calcutta HC Sees a Case

The Calcutta High Court has found a strong prima facie case in IndiaMART’s suit accusing OpenAI of blocking its marketplace from ChatGPT search results and eroding traffic and goodwill. Interim relief was deferred until OpenAI is heard, with the court ordering fresh service and listing the matter on 13 January 2026.
